 In his 30 years as a major-label executive, Ron Fair championed the Black Eyed Peas to 17 million albums, 4 number-ones and multiple-Grammy-wins, discovered and produced 7 number-one R&B hits for vocalist Keyshia Cole; guided and produced Vanessa Carlton to a Grammy-nominated debut, producing and arranging her number-one, “A Thousand Miles.”  Fair supervised and produced the Pussycat Dolls’ seven-million-selling Grammy-nominated debut. While at RCA Records, Fair discovered Stacy “Fergie” Ferguson, later installing her into the Black Eyed Peas and supervising her 5-million-selling Grammy-nominated solo album.  Fair was co-producer of Mary J. Blige’s “Be Without You,” whose 18 weeks at number-one is the longest-running R&B hit in Billboard’s history.  He co-produced “Lady Marmalade” (Christina Aguilera, Pink, Mya, Lil’ Kim) from Moulin Rouge, produced Queen Latifah's two jazz albums and brought England’s Snow Patrol to US platinum.  Fair executive produced the 8-million-selling soundtrack Pretty Woman and the 5-million-selling Reality Bites. Fair is widely credited for shepherding Christina Aguilera to over 30 million album sales and numerous Grammys. Born in Los Angeles, Fair earned his first gold record - the original soundtrack Rocky - while working as Oscar-winning composer Bill Conti’s assistant. Fair held posts at United Artists Music Publishing, RCA Records, Chrysalis Records, EMI Records, Island Records UK. He served as President of A&M Records and was most recently Chairman of Geffen Records. Currently Fair helms is own entertainment company in partnership with Irving Azoff's Frontline Management.  His current projects include UK/Vegas Icon Matt Goss, Italian Opera-Pop sensations Il Volo, the new Pussycat Dolls, Glee superstar Darren Criss, and the winners of The Voice.
