Garrett continues to work closely with Jones having co-wrote “I Know I Can”, the official theme song for the opening ceremony of the 2007 Special Olympics, as well as “Better City, Better Life,” the official theme song for the opening ceremony of the 2010 World Expo in Shanghai. As a member of London’s Brand New Heavies, Garrett co-wrote over half of the group’s album Shelter, which sold over a million copies in the United Kingdom.
